How to Prepare
Access All Areas
Ensure we can access loft spaces, utility cupboards, and outdoor areas where equipment may be installed.
Clear Spaces
Clear access to your meter, fuse box, boiler, and any existing heating equipment.
Have Documents Ready
If available, have your EPC certificate, building plans, or previous survey reports to hand.
Allow Enough Time
Plan for 1-2 hours.
